Holly Savage

Owner and Therapist

I graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011 with a BSc (HONS) in Sport and Exercise Science. In 2014 I achieved an MSc in Sports Therapy and haven’t looked back since.

I work with all age groups, sporting backgrounds, and physical abilities. I use a wide range of treatments to help clients resolve, manage and prevent further injury occurrence. My aim is to ensure you reach your personal goal, whether that is to solve a simple issue, regain full fitness, strengthen specific muscles or assess an on-going issue.

I am currently working with the Great Britain sports acrobatics gymnastics team (King Edmunds gymnastics club), and the successful College dance school, The Big Act. Previously, I have worked with Gloucester rugby for the

2014-15 season. I have also had the opportunity to work alongside the younger athletes with the GB U14 Ice hockey girls, Gloucester rugby academy and Filton College, delivering high quality pitch side first aid, sports injury assessments and treatment.

Sporting injuries can be caused by that one specific incident on the field of play, that injury that gradually got worse over time, a change in lifestyle, or that injury you were unsure how it ever came about.

We are extremely lucky to have had the experience of and opportunity to work with a wide range of people from young gymnasts to the older patient struggling with hip pain.
